Integration Engineer (Remote)

Our low code approach and user friendly documentation means you are ready to go live with less lines of code. Dyte also offers plugins that allows developers to add realtime applications like whiteboard, youtube player and AI applications such as background changer and live audio transcription with couple of lines of code. 

About the role:

This is a role where you will be directly responsible for keeping Dyte's customers happy, productive, and ensuring they have the best possible experience. You will also spend time working with the product development team to share customer feedback and insights and to test new features before the release to help us build the most compelling product for our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest technical solutions.
  • Helping our customers understand and choose from the integration options available to them.
  • Handling technical queries and ensuring the quality of the integration is up to the desired standard.
  • Reduce integration times for our customers and reduce time to market.
  • Effectively resolve enquiries from our customers in a considerate, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Share Javascript code snippets and build proof of concepts.
  • Guide our customers through our APIs and documentation.
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for our engineering teams.
  • Compose thoughtful, personalised responses to a variety of customer requests.
  • Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for the wider team.
  • Collaborate with the product development and QA teams to test new features and bug fixes and surface meaningful customer feedback.
  • Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of your team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and aiding in the documentation.

Who you are:

  • You have experience in building Javascript applications and are familiar with ReactJS, Angular etc.
  • You are flexible in switching between various Javascript frameworks.
  • You care deeply and genuinely about customer success and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.
  • You exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • You are a phenomenal team player and willing to put others first. You possess strong, confident, and exacting communication skills, particularly in writing.
  • You have a university degree or equivalent professional experience.


  • Any backend experience will be a bonus.
  • Have experience with integrating SDKs.
  • Good exposure towards different Javascript frameworks.
