About this Role:

The Engineering Lead at Dyte will be the technical anchor to support the engineering team that is building the tech & product at Dyte. You take ownership and are capable of building the application architecture with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

What will you be doing?
Build Culture of building high performing teams.
Ability to attract, hire and retain talent.
Coach and mentor the team.
Setting up processes for team management.
Define the product roadmap and lead the engineering aspect.
Take architectural decisions.
Help in scaling with existing products.
Help define the features to align with the company's vision.
Define success metrics for the product.
Will be working on closely with developers to build products for web and mobile with a developers first mindset.
Work closely with the founders for the strategic planning and product roadmap.
Bring their values, behaviors and standard methodologies and instill them throughout the organization to grow the capabilities of our engineering teams.
Employ Agile methodologies to continuously deliver value to customers.
Should be excited to work in early stage startup and help define its culture.
Should have managed a team of 20+ engineers.
Should have a really a fluid management style and can adapt to rapid changes in team.
Should have hired for mid level and senior roles.
Should have worked on building a product roadmap for a major feature in their company.
Should have designed the architecture and goals for a significant part of that product.
Should be proficient in deciding what tech selection for a particular use case.
Should have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and communicate to all stakeholders.
Should be familiar with agile processes, continuous integration, and test automation.
Should show an inclination to take risk and ability to define and document these risks against business requirement.
