As the Marketing Leader, you will manage and strategies various aspects of marketing at Dyte. You will help build our brand globally and play a crucial role in our growth trajectory.  The key focus areas of the role would include building and leading a team of performance marketer, social campaigner, SEO expert etc.

The person will be the overall owner of the team, process, structure, budget, and tools required to build a world-class marketing function. 


What you’ll do:

  • Build, lead and mentor a team of marketers across demand generation, content creation, product marketing.
  • Building and Strengthening of the Synaptic brand, position Synaptic as a thought leader in the space of        Alternative Data.
  • Research and gather target customer data to define the product positioning and communication strategy.
  • Develop marketing communications and content assets to drive reach, demand, engagement and loyalty.
  • Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans in coordination with the sales team; be responsible for             generating qualified leads for sales.
  • Leverage marketing automation - implement and manage the marketing technology stack.
  • Past experience in driving Product Marketing, Demand Gen or Growth functions Strong verbal and written                   communications skills.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably with a global target market.
  • Demonstrated ability of building and managing a team in a growth stage start-up.
  • Past experience in driving Product Marketing, Demand Gen or Growth functions Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools.
